5. How We Use Personal Data

We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

6. Service-Related Processing and Connectivity Data

To deliver mobile connectivity, we and our network partners may process technical and usage information related to eSIM activation, data consumption, session duration, and network performance. This information is used to provision services, monitor package validity, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

You acknowledge that data consumption, package duration, and connectivity experience depend on factors outside our control, including your Device, usage behavior, content accessed, background processes, local network conditions, and third-party operator performance. Processing of connectivity-related metadata does not constitute a guarantee of service quality, speed, or availability.

Time-limited packages may expire before the stated period if included data allowances are fully consumed. High-bandwidth activities such as HD streaming, gaming, cloud sync, and large downloads may accelerate data usage.

7. How We Share Personal Data

We may disclose Personal Data in the following circumstances:

We do not sell Personal Data in the conventional sense. Where applicable law defines "sale" or "sharing" broadly (such as under certain U.S. state privacy laws), we will provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms.

8. International Data Transfers

Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms. By using the Service and submitting Personal Data, you acknowledge that such transfers may occur as described in this Policy.

9. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security records.

Retention periods vary depending on data type and purpose. Usage Data may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form for analytics. When retention is no longer necessary, we will delete or anonymize Personal Data in accordance with our internal policies, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot and do not guarantee absolute security of Personal Data. You use the Service and transmit information at your own risk.

You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials and Device access. Notify us promptly if you believe your Account has been compromised.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, documentation, chat tools, app stores, or integrated services not operated by us. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third party.

Your interactions with Apple, Google, mobile network operators, analytics providers, and other third parties are governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to third parties.

Where local law sets a higher minimum age for consent, we comply with that requirement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss of Personal Data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
