This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Turkiye E-SIM ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you access or use the Turkiye E-SIM mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before processing your Personal Data for specific purposes. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not use the Service.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use (EULA), which govern your use of the Service.
1. Data Controller

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

3.2 Purchase and Transaction Information
When you purchase Data Packages, eSIM Profiles, or Subscriptions, we may receive transaction-related information such as order identifiers, product selections, purchase timestamps, and billing status. Payment card and wallet details are processed by Apple, Google, or other authorized payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
3.3 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect Usage Data and technical information, including:
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP;
- Device type, model, operating system, and unique device identifiers;
- Application version, language settings, and crash or diagnostic logs;
- Pages viewed, features used, session duration, and interaction events;
- Referring URLs, timestamps, and performance metrics;
- Mobile network operator, carrier information, and connectivity-related metadata where available and necessary to deliver the Service.
3.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and Application may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, measure performance, prevent fraud, and analyze usage. You may control cookies through your browser or device settings, but disabling certain technologies may limit functionality of the Service.
3.5 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from app stores, payment providers, analytics partners, fraud prevention services, advertising platforms, and mobile network partners to facilitate purchases, deliver connectivity, secure the Service, and improve performance.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process Personal Data on one or more of the following grounds:
- Contract: To provide the Service, fulfill purchases, deliver eSIM Profiles, and manage your Account;

- Creating and managing Accounts and authenticating users;
- Processing orders, delivering eSIM Profiles, and managing Subscriptions;

- Sending marketing communications about products and offers where permitted by law and subject to your opt-out rights;
- Monitoring usage, conducting analytics, and developing new features;

6. Service-Related Processing and Connectivity Data
To deliver mobile connectivity, we and our network partners may process technical and usage information related to eSIM activation, data consumption, session duration, and network performance. This information is used to provision services, monitor package validity, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
You acknowledge that data consumption, package duration, and connectivity experience depend on factors outside our control, including your Device, usage behavior, content accessed, background processes, local network conditions, and third-party operator performance. Processing of connectivity-related metadata does not constitute a guarantee of service quality, speed, or availability.
Time-limited packages may expire before the stated period if included data allowances are fully consumed. High-bandwidth activities such as HD streaming, gaming, cloud sync, and large downloads may accelerate data usage.
7. How We Share Personal Data
We may disclose Personal Data in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, fraud prevention, payment facilitation, and infrastructure vendors bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations;
- Mobile network operators and connectivity partners: To activate, provision, and manage eSIM Profiles and Data Packages;
- App stores and payment processors: Including Apple and Google, subject to their own privacy policies;
- Affiliates: Entities under common control with us, subject to this Policy;
- Business transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets;
- Legal and safety: Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or to investigate fraud or violations;
- With your consent: For any additional purpose disclosed at the time of collection.
We do not sell Personal Data in the conventional sense. Where applicable law defines "sale" or "sharing" broadly (such as under certain U.S. state privacy laws), we will provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms.
8. International Data Transfers
Personal Data may be processed in the Republic of Türkiye and other countries where we or our Service Providers operate. These locations may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may send promotional emails or push notifications where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing communications by following unsubscribe instructions in messages or contacting us. Transactional and service-related communications may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing.
12. Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot and do not guarantee absolute security of Personal Data. You use the Service and transmit information at your own risk.
You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials and Device access. Notify us promptly if you believe your Account has been compromised.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, documentation, chat tools, app stores, or integrated services not operated by us. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third party.
Your interactions with Apple, Google, mobile network operators, analytics providers, and other third parties are governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to third parties.
14. Automated Processing
We may use automated systems to detect fraud, secure accounts, analyze usage, and improve the Service. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you, unless permitted by law and with appropriate safeguards where required.
15. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided Personal Data to us, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information.
Where local law sets a higher minimum age for consent, we comply with that requirement.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss of Personal Data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection or data protection laws.
